My own story showed me how important it is not only not to lose your head, but above all to learn to love and respect yourself. I feel that by sharing my experiences and knowledge I can help other women who desire a positive change in their lives.

On this site, we will not only cover tips and tricks for successful weight loss, but also important aspects such as self-love, motivation and support. I want to create a space where we can share, inspire and learn from each other.

WHAT YOU PLANT INTO YOUR BODY YOU WILL REAP....

It is not for nothing that they say: "You are what you eat" or "You reap what you plant in your body"... Great truth.

I am gradually learning to eat healthy. It's been a few years since I became interested in the correct setting of macronutrients, but somehow I still couldn't get out of that circle. And when I started to think more deeply, I realized that I have to start with the cleansing that my BODY deserves.

Beauty "from the inside out" is a widely known thing, but few people really dedicate themselves to it in order to see and, above all, feel the results. I wasn't afraid of it and set out on the LIVE CLEAN LIFE journey. What does it mean for me? I will cover this topic in a blog post.

MY PERSONAL CHALLENGE

During the year 2021 - 2022, I lost 21 kg. I set out on the journey with my own self. It took a lot of hard work, discipline, sacrifice, lots of food and hours of running. Even so, I went through the falls, the pain and the tears, and I wanted to quit a few times. Anyone who has been through this, may be going through it, knows what I'm talking about.

Now, in November 2023, I kicked my butt and told myself that I need to keep going and keep pushing to feel as good as before. And that's why I'm here to motivate you, make a change and give any advice for someone who is starting out or doesn't know how to do it. You can see my menu day by day on the blog. Just please remember that the meal plan I share is set for my weight, age and activity level and you cannot take it as a customized meal plan. You can bounce back, take it as inspiration, of course YES.

I switched off for a few months because I was dedicated to something other than myself. Error!!!!! But I'm back, full of motivation and energy to lean into it again.

Ladies, those of you who are on such a journey to a better self and keep getting sidetracked, don't take it as a failure. It is difficult to maintain yourself, to be constantly in a good mood, to be motivated and to manage the front line. Sometimes things don't go the way we want, but it's more important to focus on our dream goals step by step.

Further progress

The period of hard work and subsequent success is here. I am incredibly happy with myself and despite the fact that I still have a long way to go, I am already really proud of myself.

Abstinence, exercise, a healthy diet and, above all, consistency are behind all success. I'm a bit of a mess in my head, I'm not going to lie, but I'm trying to divert my thoughts and focus only on myself. Fortunately, I have people around me who wish, support and love me for who I am and that's just the most ♥
